About Us
Great Bear Restoration is a small-business dedicated to the promotion, practice, and advancement of restoration ecology. We work with a range of clients including government entities, corporations, and individual landowners. Our projects range from multi-million dollar land restoration efforts to homeowner initiated projects to improve the environment. Our goal is to help you do successful restoration.

Our Facility
Great Bear Restoration has a state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot greenhouse facility located in Hamilton, Montana. We have the capacity to produce over 500,000 10-cubic inch seedlings annually and 26-acres of land available for EcoSod and large container plant production. At an elevation of 3,500 feet in Montana, our plants are cold hardy and adapted to the harshest of sites. Our seed laboratory has a germination chamber, full seed cleaning capabilities, and cold storage to ensure your seed is viable and stored correctly to maintain viability.
